The Noroton Manor Property Owner’s Association (NMPOA) is a private neighborhood association founded in 1935 comprised of households along Beach Drive, Outlook Drive, Woodland Drive, Nearwater Lane, and Post Road.

Our members receive access to our two Har-Tru tennis courts, a private road that leads to a sandy beach with water access to Holly Pond, as well as social events throughout the year. We also offer non-resident tennis membership and junior tennis clinics to friends and neighbors throughout town.

Over the years names have changed, new houses have been built, but distinctive qualities have endured: diversity, acceptance, respect of privacy, a sense of community, concern for the welfare of our neighbors and children, and a spirit of fun.
